    what about the comment that the contract says up to 20 approachs, but at this stage they are not looking at putting any more in?

    Is that why some of RDF's contracts (as far as the $'s earned) seem a bit light when we look at the potential number of camera's that could be installed (as in 20 in this case). Is it that RDF is not expecting to fully install the full number of camera's on each contract?
