no problem rab, without knowing the finer points quite often you can come to the wrong conclusion.
The Traffic division in my opinion has a great business model but the real secret is the quality of their executives, good sales and marketing guys to get well priced contracts and then good installation guys to get the correct siting of the gear in the right approaches.
As I said it's quality not quantity that counts, this is one reason I believe why they have adopted a very steady pace ramping up the installation side. although they do sub contract some of the work out the touchy stuff is done by Redflex staff and they would much rather do 17 a month very well than 25 and risk problems. Even at 17 that is more than double the rate any competitor is doing.
