For anyone interested I have just spoken to the MWC Company Secretary and was informed, contrary to my understanding of the recent Prospectus, that Shareholders who make application for their 9000 priority shares will not necessarily get this number if all Shareholders apply ...... what a joke. When I queried the validity of this statement I was told that they hadn't done their maths as yet. This outfit reeks of gross incompetence.
