    I did notice Peppermint Innovations rose 30 per cent yesterday, after the Philippines Govt granted it a
    remittance licence.

    NOR was meant to be in partnership with Peppermint Innovations, the last I heard.
    The idea being to help the unbanked in the Philippines.

    Anyway, it should at least be worth an announcement by NOR, surely?
