I am not inclined to think that much seed capital was necessarily put into PON. It might merely be a hundred dollars in all. That sum is acceptable - as the ASIC records show for two of GCN's Jermaine Jackson offshoots.
The ASIC entry would show the details, but I am too mean at this moment to again cough up the necessary $35 for seeing those ASIC records about PON.
