I should have asked myself how else could P1 have achieved accumulated losses of $3.7 million, when they have not issued any shares for money since the seed capital of $8 a share was raised. Do we know who paid for those foundation shares?
There must be some pretty sore foundation investors out there, as they watch their equity being bled dry by the frantic issue of cash-free shares to companies of obscure worth. They are trapped in a still unlisted company. I think if I was one of the foundation investors I would have sent the P1 board a Xmas card with the message "List now, or I'll send round Santa's boys."
