    Pesce.. as i mentioned earlier the IM has been changed to a Prospectus.. The initial IM was recommended by the first set of lawyers but on further workings, only a small handfull of IMs have successfully listed hence the change to a Prospectus AND a new Legal group.. On my diligence BorD is run on the mark.
