I BELIEVE in my opinion which is to be taken with a grain of salt that P1 will look to take over a broking firm which is privately owned, and one which reports on many different stocks. One that reviews aussie stocks and reports on them. And then they will list. All to happen inside of 3 months.

How does this tie into P1's business model? What purpose would it serve for them to go down this path as I can't see how it will satisfy any of their objectives?
