I thought given GCN handled this quite well. I'd of been annoyed if we weren't kept updated late last week and whilst i'm not an accountant their argument has satisfied the regulators. My understanding is if it didn't then we wouldn't be back in action today.

Another $250,000 kicked in at this time doesn't hurt matters either.

Once the prospectus is lodged how long until we can see P1 on the "upcoming floats" page on ASX? (assuming everything is approved)

The Quarterly will give a somewhat reasonable guide as to how much money Flinders St is bringing in. Too early to tell for Jam Factory I would think.

Then from there we might have a better gauge of how well received the concept of Advertising Paid Free Wifi is.
