The point is that to have a major shopping center company with 42 centers in Australia will create a lot of interest in the company. And yes P1 float is the big kahuna for GCN.

Its just like the Melbourne Cup just Run. Some times the roughy do come in and you kick yourself not having a cover bet on it.I had first and second and been on GCN for some times as many others have.A bit of a long shot but look at the return if it comes off..though I wish it could be a bit closer to 3 minutes the cup took.
