Did this crew take into consideration when excepting this low...

Did this crew take into consideration when excepting this low ball offer that they asked shareholders for more cash at 85 cents? Did they think to say, hey santos you paid $1 for 20% so we want at least $1, any less would be an insult to the people who supported this company for years and who bought more shares at 85 cents. We couldn't possibly expect them to gain only 5 cents over a 3 year period! Where's the HON John Anderson, does he think this is an honorable thing for shareholders who have been told for years that this is going to be huge and passing around valuations above $1.30. THIS IS SCANDOLOUS!
