It seems your ideas / strategies are starting to gain some momentum. Hear is an article from a prominent scientist supporting your PRISM strategy. It doesn't go into as much detail on the recycling front but it is a start. Youd have to think if they do go with PRISM reactors in South Australia they will also do uraniun enrichment (via Silex Technology).
Articles like this supporting nuclear, on left leaning publishers like the ABC is a good step in the right direction.
