Some might call it "ironic" that the OPC's breach guide necessarily addresses problems of using insecure email to advise stakeholders of a privacy breach, even suggesting we should beware of fake breach notices put out by phishers. If only email were secure in the first place, we wouldn't be chasing our tails .... LOL!
