Private email to shareholders

I encourage anyone interested in a potential class action to give Tanybryn a thumbs up to give a rough indication of supporters. Hopefully this particular investor is willing to pursue this

In a post several weeks ago A2 reported that he had received text messages during the rights issue which touted substantial upcoming share price rises in order to induce him into paying up. He stated that he deleted the text messages.

I have no reason to believe that A2 fabricated those claims and I also make a reasonable assumption that if something like that did in fact occur there is no reason to believe that he was the sole shareholder targeted with such a communication.

I suggest that if anybody did in fact receive a provable communication, ie they still have or can recover it, of this nature during the rights issue then they should make the details of that known so that the full extend of what has occurred can be uncovered.
