Like you, I also think they have misled & misinformed the market with enough deliberate intent to warrant a criminal conviction. Yet you have not proceeded with any actual action except complain on Hotcopper. I mentioned to you that a phone call to a friend of my family - Dean Jordan SC - might be a good start to begin with, nonetheless you failed to even acknowledge my suggestion. If you want results you need to make contact with someone in the legal profession, most will probably give you some time with no charge.
