    complaining to ASIC is virtually a waste of time. I have done so with another share where the directors pulled the money out and moved to singnapore. ASIC did nothing. And by the time they might do something, all the remaining cash would be gone.
    Somneone can call an extraordinary meeting with a no confidence vote in the directors and then have a spill motion. I'm not sure how many votes are needed for an extraordinary meeting to be called. Alternate directors would need to be put up as well. I haven't read the constitution but I dare say at least a majority of shareholders would need to support the spill.

    I will support action but I don't have time to initiate it.
