    At this stage, one would have to ask what point there would be in getting rid of the BOD.

    The situation is that BIT appears to be in terminal decline with little evidence that it can crawl out of the hole it alone had dug for itself.

    Getting a replacement BOD that will just put BIT into receivership seems like a wasted effort.
