I'm sure the secret discussions have already planned for this but one wonders what the payout figure is for MM? She's been warming that seat for 20 odd years. She isn't just a board member, she is an executive and CEO on a salary. Normally you need a crowbar and a pile of payout cash to wedge CEOs out. Non-exec directors are much easier.
According to the last quarterly, which BIT have chosen not to upload to their website for some reason, they had approx $950k of cash net of liabilities. That was almost 3 months ago. Expect it to be between $500k and $600k net at the end of this quarter (2 weeks away). EGMs have a minimum 21 day notice period and none yet given.
If as you say "holders are wishing to run a shell via taking over the management" then what funds will that shell have to continue? You can't stay listed on the exchange without a board etc. Do they intend to delist it in which case everybody is stuck and cannot sell as happens to many companies in the end. They just disappear as does all the reporting and any transparency to shareholders. Seen it many times.
