    If they are insolvent then, legally, they can't operate as a company - listed or not.

    No cash and no research runway. Plus, an IP that has no value.

    Next announcement will be that administrators have been appointed. Next announcement after that is that even the administrators will get no money for their work.

    EOFY is coming up and the auditors will pose the question whether BIT is a going concern - answer will be no.

    Then it is the end of the road. Wonder where @pseudoname is these days.
