Posters are still saying production fast tracked in 2018 even.
Confirmed by both FAR and Cairn 2022 at the least.
Only WPL have said they could fast track (which might mean 2021) yet their name is mud.
Cairn said DOC early 2017 which will then trigger many events and for Cairn to do that they must check connectivity with another round of appraisals.
Senegal will have to pay their way after DOC.
After the next 2 appraisals the market knows FAR will need to raise again and the market knows this.
This is how hard it is to keep up for a junior partner with only one way of staying in the game never mind if they had 50%
