Retail investors can’t get the same kind of advantaged deals that Blackstone and Apollo can get of course

My biggest worry about using PE. At what price does it come? My experience is that there will be set rinterest repayment schedules (quarterly??) that can be converted into shares at a serious discount to the prior 30 day vwap. This normally results in the sp falling (manipulated down) for the month prior to the interest repayment and then the shares being dumped on the market capping the price. Rinse then wash again.

Much prefer a major that leaves FAR free carried and no debt.
