exactly PhillW - they will make what the HC brigade regard as theft by WPL look like they only robbed the piggy bank - not fort knox which is what the price FAR could pay with them involved - so it comes down to how much ego and chest beating will go on before FAR pick the right course of action for shareholders??? or will they get carried away with the notion that WPL has stolen the crown jewels only to be really striped bare by PE in their unwarranted desperation fuled by of course the lawyers which will always say - this case is winnable!!!!!!!!!!!!
