Alot of mix sentiments regarding this private placement.
AJM had one earlier in Oct and the SP went up by 20 odd percent.
I think the fear of SP decline from dilution is unfounded. Sp normally decline for a operating company with cash flow problem, not for a company with huge growth potential.
Private placement by insto n fundies is great
