I don't understand anyone being upset by this. Institutions don't just gamble, it's their job to pick investments with low risk. It gives us a certain secondhand knowledge that (most of) us would not be able work out on our own. They have experts dedicated to researching different types of businesses and are far better than the average retail shareholder at picking winners.
They aren't going to invest at 8-9c and sell at 10c.
I myself believe this to be a good sign.
