Private Placement is a very good news & perfect timing for Shareholders , Institutional Investors and EV industry as a whole .

Let's assume it's anywhere between .08/.09 cents , if the big institutional investors from across the globe are willing to pay millions of they would have done their extensive due delligence .

Points they would have considered ,
- First thing they would have noticed is CLQ arbitrage and 75% discount to CLQ market cap which BB has been clearly mentioning since few weeks now .
- Secondly the potential to grow given AUZ controls in multiple projects and perfect timing as Cobalt is a scarce commodity and EV market is booming .
- Thirdly the mention of 9 offtake agreements and production commitment as they already have sped up the process by having a processing plant , shows they are a serious market player & most likely will have committed buying contracts coming within weeks.
- Fourthly the management team as they brought in the best in the industry Tim M with all that experience and the enthusiastic , hard working & visionary Ben B , it would have been a no brainer for Funders.

Guess when it opens on Monday , it shall bump up as all analytical buyers and other strong players who thought the stock might loose some momentum would buy and hold tight , as they would appreciate the Institutional commitment.

It will lock in the minimum base price which would be at least 5 times the price we had 6 weeks ago , reassuring long term holders that they are on right path.

We also will have more details on where the funds raised would be planned to be used and we will get closer to offtake agreement dates .

I guess by beginning of December when we wait for off take announcements , it shall reach .13 to .15 cents and & it shall shoot up after offtake announcements - depending on who all those possible customers are . That's when it will get interesting as the future direction will depend on the terms and who's on board !

It's going to be a nice ride upwards with a bit of bumps & speeding tickets along the way
