    Does anyone know what this new technology they are referring to? Is it pyromet, hydromet or some other novel process? Doesn't the use of new technology suggest the Ag/Mn might be contained in refractory ore and cannot be economically extracted by conventional means? Doesn't production trials take longer and require more money to prove up?
