They don't need to announce anything until the placement is done, and before they lift the halt. That's the whole point.
I am disappointed, btw, looks like it is a private (pirate!) placement which doesn't involve current shareholders. Disgusting to say the least.
My view of the management has now lowered, unless they offer some of it to current shareholders as SPP or rights.
