Let's not even discuss why you want to buy now. That's not the purpose of my response.
It sound odd that the seller is drawing a line in the sand and gives a deadline of sort that if he doesn't get an offer in another week, he will bring in a tennant to create a mess for his onging sales effort.
If a tennant is going to move in a week's time, the rental contract would already have been drawn up for some time ?
Why don't you consider the possibility that he is simply bluffing.
