I agree there has been some feet dragging in the past. The previous Mining Minister who left at the beginning of the year had not met with Globe in the last 9 months he was in office as he always played the "too busy" card. Why , who knows you have discussed a couple of options.
The new one is more receptive and the special task team was set up to help advance certain projects including GBE

The team consists of

PS of Mines,
PS of Economic Development,
Secretary of the Treasury,
Attorney-General representative
Representative of the Min. of Finance

Heavy hitters and reality is that it is only a few short months since GBE first met with the task group to present the Niobium project..

I am hoping we are just being held up by red tape and we need to remember that most ministries in Malawi do not employ a full time lawyer (this info was given at the AGM as a problem) so contracts/agreements can be held up short term even if they have been successful.

It is frustrating waiting and I feel your pain, hopefully this is our time.
