Bene-I appreciate any information relevant to GBE that you (and others) have provided.
Chok-you have given possible reasons for GBE not having provided information on the results from gold exploration activities.
The information is not material given it has not been disclosed -unless it is asssumed that GBE is breaching its disclosure obligations.
I would imagine that GBE is very sensitive to saying anything which could delay the execution of the MDA or disadvantage the terms being negotiated.
The grant of any patent is a longer term possible benefit and the current material consideration is that the Pyrochlore process results in a considerable reduction in operating costs which has been announced to the market.
