Nope, just channelling the widely accepted view that racism and misogyny is really really bad. Something we learnt when it came to a head in the leadup to World War 2.
Sadly the memo didn't make it all the way into the cave you occupy.
Either way it's a good warning to others who want to fling about racist garb on their work email account.
