We have discussed trade sales, but how about the possibility for the privatisation of TZL by QVT, by having a low offer made (say at 50c), refused by the board (exonerating them), but accepted by majority of shareholdings (QVT)? Then the company can be taken private and then IPOd in the US as a new company perhaps a year down the track. In this way QVT would maximise their profit as well as having an out.
Just throwing it out there as the price is obviously being capped.
