NOWTHANNA URANIUM PROJECT

Location - The Nowthanna Uranium Project is located 75 km south-south-east of Meekatharra in the East Murchison Mineral Field.

Tenements/Agreements - The Nowthanna Uranium Deposit is covered by E51/431 and ELA51/843 (both subject to the Nowthanna Joint Venture in which Acclaim Uranium NL may earn a 75% by spending $600,000) and by E51/776 (100% owned by Acclaim Uranium NL). The southern graticule of E51/431 is being converted to MLA 51/771 and portion of the northern
graticule to MLA 51/772.

Under the Australian Vanadium Ltd Agreement of 29 September 1998 the Nowthanna Joint Venturers are entitled to a 20% interest (free carried to completion of a Bankable Feasibility Study) of vanadium-magnetite on an approximately 10sqkm Joint Venture Area covering MLA 51/772 and portion of ELA51/843. The Nowthanna Joint Venturers retain rights to all other minerals.

Drilling has defined a uranium resource estimated as comprising 10.4 million tonnes averaging 0.45 kg/t U(3)O(8) and containing 4,626 tonnes of U(3)O(8), applying a lower cut-off grade of 0.2 kg/t U(3)O(8).

In summary, Acclaim's interests back then were:

* E51/431 and ELA51/843 (both subject to the Nowthanna Joint Venture in which Acclaim Uranium NL may earn a 75% by spending $600,000)

* E51/776 (100% owned by Acclaim Uranium NL).

Then:

YRR only has 80% MLA 51/771 ==>> ie the southern graticule of E51/431.

Based on the information available, it is unclear just how much of the resource defined back then relates to YRR's MLA 51/771 lease.
