In reference to matters exploration, I was rapt to find that DOM have unexpectedly regained full tenure at Cundeelee, which is on trend south of the ever increasing gold discovery by the Tropicana JV, east of Kalgoorlie. It is less than 12 months since DOM farmed out these same Cundeelee tenements to Anglo Gold and retained a 15% carried interest. Although the reasons for this most recent turn of events are a mystery, it has to be considered encouraging that DOM has decided, at long last, to start drilling on these tenements. Needless to say, any holding on this section of the so called Albany Fraser Mobile Belt would have to be highly prized in light of the developing resource at Tropicana and the new magnetite discovery by NKL to the south, between Norseman and Esperance.
