Prizma distribution, page-23

Last week I had an email conversation with Peri Avitan the CEO of Livecare in regards to the Prizma. Peri informs me that the Prizma is still being integrated into the Livecare and Link+ platform. He is hopeful the Prizma will go live by the end of the month. Execution and communication issues aside, IMO seeing the Prizma available on the Livecare platform is significant for G Med. The USA is a hugh market and IMO Livecare are a fantastic distribution partner. IMO this bodes well for the Nasdaq IPO. If investors can see and feel the product in the USA and coupled with an actual 3 fold increase in patients. Well IMO the IPO should be able to get away. We wait
