    I just don't understand how this OTC buying and selling works. It's based in the US, yes? So it is being quoted in AUD or USD? Is it being artificially ramped, getting to $1 then back to 65c doesn't make any logical sense to me. Do others have plausable explanations for how this thing works? It was trading around 4c for much of January.
