This has had a good history recently of consolidating around a point and then building again. At the moment it seems to be holding around, let's say 0.22, but with one solid announcement or some pumping in the media, it will pick another few points. Without looking at a chart, I would like to see a move to, let us say 0.27/0.28, with consolidation around 0.26. Breaking SP 0.30 will be huge, it will happen in time.

Management seem to be doing the right things, there's a good stream of information coming along. If the FS results on energy sustainability are positive this will start gathering some more serious steam and the SP will boom. Hopefully they will show there is enough wind and sun to deliver the Zero C commitment. The whole concept rides on this. If it can be done we are in for a mighty mighty good ride.

Now, on the VUL connection. Different animal altogether but the PRL team would do well to look at the strategy VUL have employed. The due diligence around board appointments, securing government backing, demonstrating that they have the technical experts on board, then getting Gina Rhinehart money into the coffers. The big question is will Gina jump on this or will Twiggy throw down and get in on the act. If PRL emulate this, and they should be looking closely at doing so given the VUL connection, things should gather serious steam and at a very decent clip.

Much has been made about VUL racing from sub $1 to $14 in just a few months. If PRL races to as much a $5 in the next, shall we say 6 months, a lot of people are going to make a lot of cash (it may happen sooner and boy do I hope it does, it may not happen at all). However, the real cash will come in the medium term if PRL pull out a solid DFS and secure high profile OT agreements.

Final wash up....We may well make make some serous cash quickly is the SP breaks $1 in quick time and punch out with profit (and there is no problem with that) or we might hang on for the 5 year ride and see this thing take off as the worlds first Zero C H project.
