It’s a new Information Memorandum providing disclosures, snapshot and updated plans of PRL at the time of transitioning from ASX to NSX.

Btw, could not understand why Kylah Morrison was still being listed as a PRL non-executive director in this memorandum and in other NSX application confirmation documents. But it seems these were all dated prior to her effective resignation date of 24 February per the resignation announcement for her. That’s a month ago - so she should be gone now, and there was no announcement rescinding her resignation.

Amazing what they were busy writing, drafting and submitting that they hadn’t bothered to tell us about until the very last minute.

On the positive side, it would be nice to believe that the remaining board & management is working in the interests of existing shareholders not to dilute us, and to instead find a way to progress or reheat HyEnergy without draining every last cent of cash from the kitty in fees. Yes I know: pigs might fly.
