Not disagreeing with you, makes sense for many, but I think @tevada’s problem with that is going to be that Superhero is a custodian holder of these shares, and it’s members/account holders do not hold their shares on individual HINs. A full service broker won’t be able to sell shares held in Superhero’s name/on Superhero’s master HIN.
Good point re unmarketable parcel sizes too. We really need a starting price established.
