Mate, I just found this out. According to section 206d
ASIC can disqualify a person from running a company if in the past 7 years they have been part of 2 or more companies that have failed AND they are partly or fully responsible for the failure.
Didn’t Alex Sundich failed Cleveland mining with a huge scandal with Macquarie bank stockbroking involving pump and dump insider information?
Does anyone know he was involved with another failed public company so we can report him to asic and disqualify him from running another public company for a long time. Well if he failed prl, I will definitely report to asic to make sure he is not around asic companies anymore.
