Unless the scoping studies and mou is announced you wont see much traction. It might move couple of pips here and there but without the lack of news it will retrace back.
In the eyes of the market this is still spec regardless of the potential, once the jv is signed that will be seen as major milestone and inspire confidence.
Eagerly awaiting for the Oct ann, till then its in the bottom drawer for me. Also, watchout for US markets which is showing weakness and may see a pullback in next coming weeks. If that happens PRL may slide back to 13c support
