I think you will see all of those sort of details come up in the feasibility results but I would not imagine it to be an issue at all, those turbines would be shut down and locked out as soon as a cyclone was detected and as for the solar it would not take much to design the structures to withstand adverse weather...you have to remember there are towns, mines, rigs and plants all throughout cyclone prone areas up there
