US - China COP26 commitment gives hope to boost investment in the H2 sector. We really need some announcement from PRL. They have been very quite. Even an announcement saying that the project is tracking as per plan would help us.
Small caps like PRL need to communicate more to attract investment. Some other small caps are doing it very nicely. It's about time to release something to the media
