Notice that Morningstar Quants gives an SP value of.30 with 3 stars out of 5. Challenge me if you disagree but I would imagine the stars represent the confidence MQ has in its prediction. Does anybody have an alternative interpretation of the three stars?
I am only having a bit of fun here but you could compare two stocks by multiplying predicted price/ current price by % stars.
So PRL rating is 30/15 by .6 = 1.2.
As I say just a bit of fun and I could be off-beam about the stars.
As for interpreting the 30 cents, maybe Morningstar Quants think the chances are good of a positive scoping study and a deal with Total. If those two events happened by April, 30 cents probably looks like a conservative estimate. I give that
