All good man. I only know this cause my CEO sits on a couple of boards and those also on the board sits on other boards and acts as an advisory. I couldn’t say if they get paid, (that’s not what it’s about) but what I know they live for it. They have several balls in the air and do it, in what we would call spare time. From my understanding, they receive financial reports, share and bounce ideas they have learnt from their own experience in business. These types of people are next level (from my experience).
In my position I often think how they do it, only conclusion I come to is… they have employed the right people that allows them to grow themselves to greater.
I learn more and more from them each day. Still don’t think I’m in the same realm, then when I speak with them, they don’t think they are either. Figure that shit hey! We are all human!
