My View is based on my previous experience with stocks in similar positions with a pending announcement, also the behaviour of some of the larger shareholders ( Langely,Burke,and others) and the overall share price behaviour.

Given the location, partner, neighbour, government support, lead agency status and other indicators, one could assume with a reasonable amount of accuracy that the scoping study will be ok. It would have been evident by now if it wasn't.

an above expectation SS and the subsequent MOU will get people taking notice and might get the SP to creep towards 20ish but your unlikely to see significant growth until we start getting offtake announcements and ticking feasibility study boxes.
Remember, this went from 2c to over 20c in a year, a lot of stuff is already price in.
