Based on previous announcements, ASX is probably making sure there's no overstatement of the release - if it was genuinely good news, there would be no problem releasing and you would have seen it already?
Wouldn't be the first time a company has tried to create hype over Hydrogen (cough Lion)
I was going to get back in this morning but feel like there's more to any pending announcement and held off - I'll probably regret it!
