Its a highly speculative stock promoted by S3 consortium, so a lot of short termers getting bored and its also June (tax loss selling).
PRL will do well over time, but nature of the beast, everyone expecting announcements all the time and when nothing comes, traders sell.
I must say I am also nervous this stock goes sub 10c before it finds a base. Watching closely.
