Highlights:
• Negotiations on Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Total Eren drawing to
a conclusion
• Short extension of 10-days to current Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to
finalise JDA terms
Province Resources reports continued positive progress in negotiations with French
company Total Eren for the development of the HyEnergy™ Project in the Gascoyne
region of Western Australia.
Given the advanced state of negotiations, both parties have elected for a short
extension of the existing MoU, to 10 August 2022, to finalise the terms of the JDA.
Province CEO and Managing Director David Frances said the Company had been
focussed on ensuring the development agreement was in the best interests of
Province shareholders.
“The negotiations have taken longer than we hoped, but we are confident will be
concluded soon,” Mr Frances said.
“Our scoping study demonstrated the value of the HyEnergy™ Project and we look
forward to moving into more detailed feasibility studies.”
This announcement has been approved by the Board.
