From what I have heard and IMO, the PFS appears well underway...

From what I have heard and IMO, the PFS appears well underway and should be delivered sometime this year (I know that the ANN suggests otherwise, but I think it will be this year) with the DFS to follow next year. I think that once the deal with TE is done, the SP will take care of itself. The only thing holding the SP BACK is the fear of an other extension and more delays. For those that would like to know more of the process and a simple explanation that has assisted me, refer below;
